Walking in, I thought I'd have to argue with a doctor that didn't see me as a person. Dr. Bromley completely subverted my expectations. They treated me kindly from the moment I walked in and didn't try to dissuade me from being trans, they simply took the steps to help me achieve my goals and made sure I had all the resources to be prepared for what happens. Just in that short visit, I can tell that Dr. Bromley is an amazing doctor and person.

The care provider is wonderful. The billing & customer service is a pain every time I call as I am a guardian for the patient & the system makes it much more complicated than it needs to be.

I appreciate printed office visit summaries & lab reports; not everyone wants to use portals. I also appreciate direct / quick access to RN # so I can talk w/ someone who understands medical terms & issues if the need arises. Routing thru large switchboards / receptionists w/ unreasonable wait times/ access has not happened with Aurora/ this Dr & I appreciate that!
