I am always impressed with the doctors and interns at Yactman Pavillion. Every one of them take their time, listen, understand, and are very knowledgeable. They explain everything in detail.
The wait time is over one hour every time. However, if we arrive 7 minutes late then our appointment is cancelled. This policy is not fair, time should be valuable both ways.
Dr Vassmer is great- just runs 45+ min late to appts
The wait is always too long when you're on time. And if you're a few minutes late as a patient yourself, you're asked to reschedule. So it seems very one-sided.
Dr. Vassmer always take time with her patients and really gets to know them.

This was our first time seeing this doctor. She was awesome.!
I entered in the zoom chat with my child to be seen. I waited 15 min before I hung up and called the office to see why no one came to the phone. Then the receptionist said my son has no appointment when I clearly saw the appointment on my live-well app. She transferred me to the yackman office and she found my appointment and assured me that the doctor is entering the chat in that moment and to log back in so I can resume the appointment. I logged back in and waited an additional 5 min and no one ever came. I was running late for a flight so I had to hang up and leave. Overall I did not see anyone at all and hope I will not be billed for this.
