I've been seeing this provider for over 20 yrs. It seems that every appointment this provider is running late. I had a 10:40 am appt, she was behind with 2 patients before us, we did not leave until 1 hour and 35 mins later. I get it things happen, I would appreciate the same consideration when I'm running late to an appt.

My child had a follow up since a bout of RSV landed her in the hospital. This is the first time at this practice as we switched practices. My child was offered an 8am appointment which is fine. At 8:15 we were brought back so the nurse could do vitals and told us Vessmer wasn't even at work yet. Red flag. She later barged in like a bull in a china shop, no knocking, forgot her ID so couldn't get on computer and left without closing the door. Briefly went through our history when she kept telling me how beautiful my daughter is and how mesmerizing her eyes were. It was flattering the first time but I swear said it about a dozen times after which then became awkward. I don't plan on seeing this provider again but would someone else in the practice. I did really appreciate Monica who scheduled us for future appointments, gave formula samples, and another staff member who checked us out after our appointment at the front desk (I don't recall her name but she had dark hair with cool glasses and Caucasian).

Excellent doctor, I really liked the way she explained everything we asked her, she was always very kind and attentive to what we could say or ask her.
