Dr Gonzalez was professional and pleasant. She explained things to me clearly and in a manner I could understand. My questions were answered and she addressed my concerns patiently.

My doctor listens to me, suggests items to consider, but leaves me to make final decision.

It is hard to get an appointment with Dr. L. Gonzalez, whom I love dealing with. Might having more nursing staff help with getting patients in and out in a more timely manner? The question about 6 months is not really pertinent for me as I see Dr. G. as a yearly follow-up.

Dr. Gonzalez is an awesome doctor. She's very caring, explains on my level and is on top of the latest treatments.

Very detailed and explained the next steps clearly

Dr. Gonzalez was so attentive and caring, as well as her staff. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. She made sure I understood the protocol going forward and explain I could call any time if I had additional questions. She is so thorough...and I never felt rushed. I won't go to anyone else. So refreshing!

The only problem I had, was that once doctor came on for virtual, I was dropped and my log in page came on to re-log on. Not good timing at all. Doctor could see me, but I could only hear her, so I re-logged in and was able to see her and speak to her.

Dr Gonzalez was very attentive to my concerns. She made sure I understood her explanations as well as the options for my care.
