The doctor was very experienced. She listened to me and offered excellent advice. She immediately knew what the problem was and how to deal with it. The nurse was also very experienced and good to talk to. The whole experience was excellent. Thamks.
Dr. Gonzalez was extremely freindly and approachable. She was very interested in my own description and opinion of the allergic reactions that I had. She did a good job of explaining her reasons for me to come in for further testing to more accurately identify the causes of the allergic reactions.
The three nurses were phenomenal, fun and very knowledgeable! Dr. Gonzalez was also very knowledgeable, answered my questions and even mentioned research that was available if I needed further explanation. Everyone greeted me with a smile which made the experience more enjoyable and welcoming. They also were very accommodating with my activity I brought.
She went into detail on the usage & side effects of the various medications that I am taking & how to counter act &/or balance the side effects without diminishing the strength of the medication. This was one of the kindest things that was done for me in a long time.
Dr Gonzalez is an amazing Allergy doctor. Where other doctors had focused on a symptom that fell under their specialty, Dr Gonzalez understood that she needed to hear and understand all of the things happening to me because they all impacted my medical issues and how to diagnose and resolve them. I almost cried when she listened to all of the things happening and even asked if there was anything else I could think of. This is what great care looks like and all of my issues are now resolved. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
