I was SO impressed by Dr. Gonzalez. She was kind, patient, empathetic. I had a fear of sharps/the allergy testing. She was concise and recommended optimizing my medications first. It was so validating to be heard AND get advice/help to help advance my health goals.

I hadn't met her before but she really seemed to want to help and was interested in what I had to say.
I ask for paperwork to be fillout at my appointment and I was told it could not be done for hospital policy. I don't understand how a provider can't fillout paperwork stating the truth. This is for Dr. Gonzalez she stated I am on so make medication that keep me tired and is providing other medications to help get me off some of them. But I am alot and that is why I sleep alot but she can't fillout paperwork stating that. I could understand if I ask her to fillout paperwork to no tell the truth but I have I problem when a doctor or nurse can't tell the truth because of hospital issues. This doesn't make any sense to me if she is telling the truth.
