Dr. Kupriyenko is very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. She responded patiently and provided the necessary documents immediately.

In my opinion, the provider - patient interaction should not be limited to patient accessing the blood test results coupled with provider's comments of those blood test results on the website. Having all health info. on the website is definitely very important and very beneficial to patient. However, human interaction is still needed and desired.
