Filled out this survey to tell you this one thing, when i call my doctor's office i want to talk to my doctor's office, not some central call taker. It's a waste of my time. To get help i drove to my doctor and made an appointment for same day with one of 3 receptionist who are all eager to help. I hate that you don't allow me to call them directly. Please change this to how it used to be. Doctor and staff are great. Advocate support is unnecessary at minimum and a waste of time.

Always a good experience when seeing my doctor. She makes me feel comfortable and she truly cares about me as a patient.

Dr. Kupriyenko is very experienced and knowledgeable. Never leave the patient with unresolved issues. Always pays attention to details, looking for best solution for a problems and recommending best possible approach for better health. Doctor gas a great personality and very well recognized by her patients. She follows up timely on tests results and keep patients in the good hands.
