Dr. Low is excellent! She is very kind and attentive, very thorough, and truly seems to care for her patients. I can't say enough good things about her. I'm so glad she is my physician!

Dr. Low is an extremely educated and smart woman. She really cares about her patience and wants what's best. I need a little positive feedback I feel so bad when I leave her office even though as my chart will show you I was trending in the right direction and not far off from my goals, but she makes me feel like an idiot, I need her to say you did good over here but we need to try harder over there. Not just negative. She makes me feel bad it's not necessary.

My complaint is with LiveWell app. When leaving an appointment, I receive a summary of the visit. The app then sends out a duplicate of the visit. Why waste resources with the duplicate? Also, can you provide test results in plain English that a non medical person can understand?

Good advice and attention to my needs.

I was very happy with my first visit. Look to my next visit in 3 months.
