Dr Low is an exceptional MD who understands my health history . Her probing questions helps her and me, understand the nature of my situation and if I'm following the right path.

Did I connect with the doctor and open up my heart? Probably not ! This was the first time I had a pure mechanical conversation. May be I was too preoccupied. Not a complaint. Just reflecting.

The customer service staff should know how to assist people who do not speak English. They are very rude and should be better trained. I have had a very bad experience.
