Excellent Doctor

I love my doctor and all the stuff they're always friendly and great that there jobs.

I said that a digital copy of my after-visit summary would be sufficient, but it's not showing in the LiveWell app or LiveWell website. I can't tell if it got missed or if there is a technical issue with LiveWell.

The doctor was thorough, kind, and knowledgeable, going above and beyond in many ways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Exam room faucet needs drip repair.

She is very nice and listens to everything you have to say. I never feel rushed. Explains any question you have.

Doctor Su Ham was extremely well prepared concerning my history.

I like my PCP and know she wants to give me the best care however I do have problems understanding her at times. I once brought a son along to help however he even had some problems understanding her. She might leave the room and I'm not sure what am supposed to do.

I have indeed recommended Dr. Su Ham to at least two people who ae now seeing her. She listens. That is such a wonderful trait to find in a doctor. And she is competent and caring. I trust her and am so happy to be her patient.
