Dr. Brahm is the best Dr. I've ever had. I can tell she is actually concerned for my health and wellbeing. She's sympathetic to my situation, and feelings. I feel like I can tell her anything that I'm worried about, even the things that are embarrassing to talk about.
I love working with Dr. Brahm! Her and her team are very responsive when I ask questions using the portal. The team is always friendly and courteous.

The MA did enter in some of the pre appointment info into the system for Dr Brahm which caused delays. They also simply asked if it was OK if Dr Brahm used an iPad. I thought that just meant they had a new charting system. It was Dr Brahm who had to explain it was to record the session. The MA was nice, but needs to work on better communication, both to the provider and the patient.
She seemed to question me if I was really feeling sick. I told her I've been ill for 6 days. I'm a private caregiver and wanted to see if I had a sinus infection and would need more. I only came because of the job I do. She's not very friendly.
Dr L Brahm is a concerned and through physician. She stays current on recommendations for good health.
I have recommended Dr Brahm to many people looking for a new primary care provider. She truly takes time with each of her patients to discuss any concerns.

I liked having the opportunity to have a zoom meeting. It worked out very well for me, so that I didn't have to come out in the extreme cold weather.
