The doctor was very nice. She listened to me and discussed the diagnosis.
My experience with Dr Brahm is always great but I have to say that I truly dislike the phone system since you took out the West Bend call center. The people on the phone now do not know the doctors or the location. It's impossible to get through to a nurse!!
