Dr Derani was professional, courteous and emphatic She listened to questions and answered them. She informed me to schedule a sooner in office appointment if my benign tremors constantly continue.
I feel the appointment should have been much sooner after the hospital stay 2 months ago and an onset of seizures.

My experience with this doctor was very positive. He was kind, understanding, and attentive to every detail of my condition. He truly cared about the patient's concerns and made me feel heard and supported. The only issue I faced was that the follow-up appointments were scheduled very far apart, which can make it difficult to maintain
The assistant to the provider was somewhat unconcerned and confusing in her instructions of video conferencing. I totally feel sorry for the elderly that do not have anyone to navigate video appointments for them. Please be mindful. Thanks
