Please improve/streamline your cumbersome antiquated phone system, it is the very worst I have to deal with.

The provider was great. The nurse was wonderful, but the PSR's in the front of the office were speaking about inappropriate topics and didn't have any Counter customer service. They were joking about sexual innuendos and just overall rude conversation.
