She reached out to me and got my daughter in a day earlier than scheduled when she saw ear pain listed as the issue. She isn't even our primary care doctor, but someone we prefer to see if our usual doctor is unavailable.

The provider was overall good. The 15 min wait to get someone on the Phone to make the appointment was not.
