The office staff was rude and unhelpful

Please add instrumental music in the background in the actual patient rooms and the waiting room, if possible. It calms patients and prepares them for their visit and during their visit. Also, make sure the heat is on as well, especially during exams in the patient rooms.

Dr. Delfinado is amazing. She always makes me feel genuinely cared for, listened to, and informed. I would say the nurse on this particular day was not as compassionate. I was nervous about the procedure and she didn't provide the understanding or compassion that Dr. Delfinado does.

Really appreciated the time Dr. Delfinado spent with me. It showed extreme dedication to patient care and I felt extremely comfortable with her. I felt like she genuinely cared about my health and took time to learn about my medical history.

Something happened with a genetic counseling order I was supposed to schedule after this appointment. I went to schedule it today and the order was closed, so that needs to be fixed ASAP.

Dr. Delfinado is an absolute professional, but also kind, caring, and considerate. She does a wonderful job to listen to all concerns and answer all questions. She came to me highly recommended, and I would also highly recommend her.

I was very appreciative of Dr. Delfinado and her expertise. I've other providers who don't listen to my concerns. She has great bedside manner, active listening skills, and knowledge. I'm happy to keep seeing her. Within reason, of course!

After visit was muddled, where my referral procedure was ordered then cancelled so my ability to schedule that appointment was delayed. But, we were able to rectify it in a day.
