Met with RN/Med. Student first. She was very thorough and professional. But I would have preferred to add some of that time onto my time with the Doctor. However, overall the visit went very well. Thank you.

Dr. Probst is probably one of the best doctors out there. She never makes you feel rushed or uncomfortable. In fact she always takes time to try to figure out a solution to the problem. She also makes sure that she tells you to message her for any questions/concerns. Back in the day all doctors were like this.

Difficult to speak directly to the office. There should not be a centralized call center.. also difficult to get timely appointments ..was originally told I had to wait 5 months by your centralized rep for a follow up after being in ER. That is just unacceptable.

I was fortunate to get an appointment in less than 1 week. If I attempted to schedule as an annual exam, the first opening was in 6 months. I was disappointed to wait almost an hour after checking in to actually see the provider. I feel my time was not respected.

Dr.Probst took the time with me to learn about me as a new patient. I felt like I was her only patient.

I was a new patient of Dr. Probst since my GP retired after more than 30 years with him. I do not like change but felt very comfortable with Dr. Probst, she did not rush me and seemed like she was truly interested in my well-being. Gave me additional resources, if needed. I feel I made a good choice with Dr. Probst.

Knowledge and information

This was a new patient / first-time visit with Dr Probst. Very pleased with appointment and have recommended her to my husband, who is also looking for a primary care physician since our previous Dr recently retired.
