I arrived 15 minutes early as requested only to find out she was running 30 minutes behind. Then when I finally got in the phone and internet went down and she couldn't get into my chart. She was not prepared so I had to refresh her memory on my medical history. There needs to be a system in place to tell patients providers are running behind. I hurried to get there and then had to wait. It's frustrating when I have a schedule and the 30 minutes late appointment put me behind as well. Then she wasn't prepared!

This was my first visit with this provider. No one in her office could have talked with me about health concerns, eating, etc. It was a Very pleasant visit with this provider. She kind, insightful and helpful.

Very good to talk to and she listened to everything I said. She went through everything very thoroughly. I like her.
