Lauren took the time to explain everything about results of surgery, after care and future test & appointments. Very thorough & knowledgeable, caring person.

Given my post-op experience I relayed to the nurse, as well as the outcome of my labs, Lauren anticipated pretty much every question and concern I had. She was attentive and explained things in a way I could understand, and she was sympathetic to how I was feeling and for my potentially long healing process. She's caring and genuine, and I appreciate that very much!
