It was the first time I met Dr. Seline and I found her very attentive and capable. I was pleased with my experience with her & her assistant and I definitely will go back when it is necessary.

The people at the desk were very nice and friendly. The nurse was also very nice and did a good job of explaining things to me. I liked Dr. Seline, and given that i had never seen a Dermatologist before, she did an excellent job of explaining what she was doing and what she was looking for.

Dr Seline was very thorough. And, she explained the process vey clearly as she took biopsy.

I was a new patient to so she had no background on me. I question Aurora's procedures. I was diagnosted with two squamus carcinomas and just wanted them removed. But I had to be seen before they could schedule the actual surgery. I've had this done a couple of times before at another facility without all the red tape.

The provider was great; however, the scheduling process was atrocious. No directions provided - arrived at the wrong location, which made me 15 minutes late to my appointment and then had to wait another 1.50 hour for the next available appointment - when there was no one else in the waiting room - one appointment before me that was in/out in about 10-15 minutes. I finally got it - for a 2 minute consultation. All of this could have been easily avoided with a better scheduling system and directions to the correct location. Very frustrating. I understand that I was 15 minutes late due to this, but I could have been in/out within 5 minutes. Instead, I had my time at Aurora turned into a 2+ hour ordeal for a 2-minute consultation. Disappointing. The Patient Service Representatives at the desk for dermatology did not seem to care one bit.

Love Dr Seline. Very good dermatologist. She made me feel quite at ease which I appreciate.

I feel I received excellent medical care by Dr. Lauren Seline. Dr. Seline explained everything she was doing and gave me an all over body exam as a Dermatologist that was very thorough. I'm so grateful to be a patient of hers now!
