My usual excellent experience in which I gained information and got started on a good plan to deal with my issues. Exceptionally helpful and empathetic.

This was my first visit with Lauren. Lauren was very thorough and listened to my concerns. She is very kind and caring. All of the staff made my visit a very positive experience. I am relieved to have found a new PCP after mine retired.

The receptionist there when I was checking out was extremely rude and aggressive with me.

Lauren Carlson is one of the best physicians I've ever had. She listens to what I have to say and she treats me like a person and not just a number. I suffer from some conditions that make it difficult for providers to navigate when it comes to diagnoses or just concerns in general and she's never made me feel lesser than or crazy about any of it. She provides great care and she does what she can to reassure me when things on my end get out of hand. Empathy and compassion are severely lacking in the medical field when it comes to certain patients and she embodies empathy and compassion. If she was unavailable as a physician I would take my care to another clinic outside of Aurora. I recommend her to any and everyone I know that is looking for a pcp because in my opinion she's the best.
