Dr Walsh was fine. However they were not prepared for my appointment and I sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes past my appointment time.

Arrival/ check in staff were not very informative on a potential billing issue that arose on their end. They said " It should probably be fine and you should be good with insurance " and "it's probably just a glitch in our system" then proceed to have me sign a form stating I was made aware of the cost of the visit and I would have to pay it if this" glitch" wasn't accurate. I want not made aware of the potential cost of the visit despite asking for it and still had to sign in order to be seen my childs doctor. My doctor then looked everything up ( which she shouldn't have to do) and directed me to call my insurance to find out more on the issue. Thanks to the doctor and myself I was able to figure out their "glitch".
