Dr. Duncan and her support staff saw me early. Everything was efficient. Dr. Duncan is the best. She listens with compassion and no judgement.
Dr Duncan is phenomenal! She always knows my medical history (which is somewhat complicated), and her medical knowledge seems so vast. Her bedside manner is warm and personable and sometimes humorous, making a patient feel relaxed.

I waited in the exam room 30 minutes past my appointment time. My time is important too. I understand if the Dr is running behind but no one said anything. It would have been appreciated if someone checked in with me to let know she was behind. I started to wonder if I was forgotten.
