She is very thorough and explains everything in a way that you can understand. She doesn't make you feel inferior.

Paid good attention to my concerns and very friendly and polite.

The laboratory staff were also very friendly and approachable and put me at ease regarding needle sticks.

I really enjoy going to see Dr. McGartland and her staff. They are all friendly. The staff at the front desk could be less robotic.
