I chose this provider as she is female, impressive credentials, and talks about listening to her patients. My visit was not rushed, but even with a recording of the office visit, many errors in documentation of my medical history noted in summary by the provider along with conflicting information. I feel as if my provider had a pre-determined plan and bias before meeting me, and that the provider did not listen to me. More than 75% of the treatment plan noted in the visit note was not discussed with me or based on erroneous information of a preconceived notion. I feel as if I was treated as a protocol and task list of boxes to be checked off for insurance reimbursement criteria versus an individual with individual chemistry. There is only so much time in a visit, so I don't expect the provider to know my entire medical history, but the entire visit turned into a lengthy review of healthy eating, a review of myplate, and ways to exercise without even taking into account of what I do eat in a day, calories consumed, and my workout plan already in place. I am pescatarian and do not eat fried foods, but that was never asked. I was not there to discuss weight loss but that is what the provider chose to place focus on going forward.
