I had an overall good experience but the one thing I would include with the scheduling staff is to give the patient full information about where he or she is going. I. E hospital setting, building name and or number and landmarks colors, anything that can help the patient find where they need to be

The answering service has been troublesome in the past, but this experience was better. The answering service person understood the urgent nature of my call and sent the message as high priority. In the past, this wasn't usually how things played out. The NP was very pleasant, listened to my complaints, offered suggestions for future troubles, and was very professional.

I have not met the doctor yet but I have been seeing by the nurse practitioner overall it's been a pleasant experience.

The nurse who attended to me was very rough with me when taking the sample. I told her to take it slow and she said "she had to do her job" but doing her job DOES NOT JUSTIFY BEING RUDE. I am very frustrated by her behavior. It gives a lot to talk about.
