Very good first impression

I appreciated the Doctor explaining with drawings what wa happening with my veins and lymph systems.

Nurse who did my vitals was also very nice and professional.

The doctor was wonderful with hisknowlege and explaining everything to me in a.way I could understand but I have to wait 3 months to get any of the tests he wants done and over a year to have him do snything about what he learns from the tests. Front desk staff said he is very busy and so I can't have any answers to my problem for over 3 months and a year before trying to solve them. I can't wait that long.

I have to use a walker and find it extremely difficult to arrive at my appointments. The Parking situation it terrible, especially in winter! I have three doctors at Luke's and am considering finding medical care elsewhere, we need Valet service to return.
