The office informs you to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment.... you do, for no apparent reason except to sit and wait, no paperwork to fill out and the Dr. nor the medical assistant calls you or sees you at the appointment time.

He was able to say that if I didn't want to continue, I could do that and that is what I decided and that I could call in the future if needed.

Dr. Alsayegh is well-versed in the research in his area, communicates very clearly, makes clear recommendations, and actively listens to my concerns and questions. I have a very high level of confidence in the care he provides.

This was one of the best Dr visits I've had in a very long time. The Dr and his entire staff should be used as examples for other offices to follow protocol and learn how to offer good customer service.

I saw the doctor for 4 minutes. It was a follow up from last year, but it seems crazy to tell me I need a follow up, charge me for a full visit, and only see me for 4 minutes. If I had known what was going to be covered, I would have saved myself hundreds of dollars. I think communication with patients about what a follow up will entail would be helpful.
