I waited to see this specialist for a few months and it was worth the wait. He was kind and professional, and made me feel like he cares. When he walked in the exam room he introduced himself and shook my hand. I think that assured me he understands I am there for pain but yet I am human and need to be treated as such. I truly felt his confidence and he throughly addressed my concerns ( I sent a message to him through Livewell app the day before my appointment) I appreciate a doctor that understands your concerns and answered all my questions and I will be back again.

Overall a good experience

I am somewhat frustrated with Aurora not the doctor and his team. I scheduled the ultrasound and followup appointments back to back on purpose, so the doctor could go over the test results right away. Then there is some type of breakdown that morning during or after or maybe even before my ultrasound, so I am waiting to hear the findings. I see the test results now on Livewell but I wait to hear from the doctor, but I understand it's a holiday week.
