The provider is AMAZING! couldn't be any better. The psr's could have an opportunity for a more welcoming environment. I have been there many times when I stand there by the sign and they don't acknowledge me at all for a few minutes. It's awkward for the pt. I get they might be busy charting but just looking up and saying one minute please would provide a more friendly environment. Also when a new MA is assisting a doctor having the nurse come in too would make the pt feel more at ease vs them sticking their head in and asking are you good. As a health care provider I see it one way but being a pt you feel a whole different way. Ma's, nurses, and psr's provides great care just little tweaks would make a big difference.

Dr. Alsayegh is a Fantastic doctor. I never doubt that he knows me and my medical history and is Always trying to help me. He is a Very Kind man as well. I use to bring my Mom to see him as well, and she recently passed away. This visit was the first time he saw me since she died, and that was a bit hard because he knew her, and I had to tell him. He had also been so Kind and Respectful of her as well. He Always made her feel that she was Special and that she mattered. He gave her hope because of how he treated her. He made her Smile and he made her laugh. I believe that's who he is as a person and a doctor. Having said that, the care with which he treated my Mom, was even more impact full, even more important, and made it even all the more Special. My Mom had several issues, and she Truly fought hard to be alive. Dr. Alsayegh helped to ease the burden of the weight of that, thru his Genine care and concern for her as a patient and a person. His Wonderful smile and sense of humor Brightened her day, and mine. For myself, it meant a lot then to see the positive difference our visits to him made. As I said, my Mom fought so very hard, and to see him make such a Positive difference for her, it will Always mean the world to me. It did to her
