Extremely proficient team from the receptionist at the front desk to the administration/assistant who spoke to me about why I was there and the PA who treated me with compassion and care! Great experience from start to finish!
My Outpatient stay was very pleasant. The staff was friendly answered all question both pre and post procedure. The only problem I had was with the Gastroenterologist coming in and speaking to me before I was completely awake from the medications. This was my only concern.
I thought that the gal at the check in desk was very polite and friendly. She was easy to understand, and looked at me when she spoke. Refreshing! The MA was very thorough and walked me through what she was doing every step of the way. Gal in X-ray was polite and thorough. Dr Kyle was good at showing me what he was referring to on the x rays. He helped to guide the decision about the treatment, we both agreed would be most beneficial for my condition.

I got questioned alot in in xray and I don't know why it felt vary intrusive!! She was not my doctor!! I did not care for that !!
Knows what he is doing and listens to you
Kyle was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He even took the time to take my stitches out of my leg which I was planning on going to urgent care for!
Very pleased with the visit.
Provider was great but the online scheduling needs to be verified if a PA needs to be the first visit prior to provider scheduled. However, arrangements were made allow me to be seen.
