It was my first exposure at the Sheboygan new facility. I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment and had previously filled out the online information specifically to not delay my appointment. It was after 11:15 by the time I was sent to a room for an additional wait 30 minutes after arriving. Your process to me disrespects the patient
Have called back twice Husband in pain. No response yet from them. Also had to make my own MRI appointment and talk to insurance to make sure it's covered Worse customer service we have ever had at a medical practice.
Kyle is a great listener. It was my first time in this department...everyone was helpful and very courteous. Proactive in scheduling another appt.

Kyle V was very nice to work with. He listened to what I had to say.They and gave a couple different options of things that we could try and not just send me to the sergeant right away which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely continue to see kyle again if needed.
