I was late to the appointment by 13 mins due to construction at site and change in the office of the dr. which is not in my control. The front officer told me that they can't entertain me since I was late. The Dr. has 10 mins policy. Do you really so much adamant to follow the 10 min policy over patient's health. If yes, I would like to know how much time was reserved for my appointment by the Dr. If it was reserved for me, why the person reception said Dr. is busy checking other patient. I guess there is huge opportunity to improve this adminstration and entertaining patients, inform well in advance due to construction at and around the hospital, it may take some additional time.
I really like Dr. Nelson. He is one of the best Dr.'s I have ever had. He really listens & always gives a solution that better serves me. Very knowledgeable. And he makes me laugh with his silly humor! Which makes the visit relaxing! Thank you Dr. Nelson for caring! ????
