Front desk seemed to busy to check me in sent me to urgent care, then urgent care seemed busy. Nurse that took me back was not welcoming friendly didn't allow for many questions felt very rushed to move on. Had another nurse come into my room asking for a different patient and couldn't understand why the patient she was looking for was not in the room I was in. Whole thing felt very dysfunctional. Doctor told me to come back in two weeks for a freeze treatment and then in a month for my physical only scheduled one appointment for a month out. Overall, was extremely rushed and was an extremely low level of attention or care. Overall appointment was quick but it seemed like doctors and nurses almost have a quota of patients they had to hit. Did not seem to take the time to understand the problem.
