No issues with provider or her staff. However the new process of contacting the doctor's office is terrible. I used to be able to speak to her staff directly, but now have to answer a multitude of questions from a call center rep and wait (possibly days) for a response. This new system is terrible and frustrating. I had an issue that needed an immediate response and could not be connected directly with my doctor or her staff. Although it was not an actual medical emergency, the timing of a response was extremely important. I had a short time to get a quick question answered, but was told that I "should" get a response within 4 hours. I explained I didn't have that kind of time and asked multiple times to speak to a nurse. I was advised that wasn't possible because that isn't the policy and I would have to wait for a call back. This is not a service improvement at all.
She's very good doctor. I love her. She knows what she's doing. I had very good experience with lady who provided service, when I went for my blood test at the same facility. She was very gentle and helpful. Thank you.
V. Good experience, Dr. Dhillon and staff are very friendly
Dr. Dhillon is a wonderful physician who can clearly identify any issues and develop solutions. She communicates with me in a way that I can understand with just enough medical, technical jargon sprinkled in to allow me to make informed decisions.
I always get excellent care from Dr Dhillon and her staff.

My most recent visit was helpful for setting some good goals to help keep me healthy. I was given good information about diet deficiencies and my bones. We went carefully over my recent labs. Dr Dhillon gave me some good information.
