I don't like that I passed many empty exam rooms and had to walk so far down the hall to the end to see the doctor. I used to like the office before and find this new offices to sterile it reminds me of the hospital. Not happy with the phone contacts either.

Dr. K Dhillon is always caring, informative and listens and explains questions extremely well.

My 2nd visit since the Treatment Center was moved from McDonald Road. Visit progressed ALOT better than prior visit. Also, glad to see the curb in front of the Treatment Center was made accessible for patients in wheelchairs.

Dr. Dhillon always give a satisfactory experience during my visits. She always make sure she doesn't miss any tests or procedures that I need & reviews my health issues to make sure I follow up with other doctors addressing my issues. I was completely glad that my current issue of acute lower back pain was resolved after I was prescribed the right medication. Just one comment about the medical assistant who provided my care. Although she's courteous & diligent, she missed her self introduction & her role in my care when she entered the room.

The doctor is very knowledgeable on my health. I feel comfortable with her and she answers all my questions. Has a good attitude and takes her time with me I don't feel rush.

I feel like the new office space seems very cold and impersonal.

Outstanding as usual.
