Dr. Xiao (Woody) is very kind and compassionate. He takes time to listen and addresses all concerns. He is thorough in documenting and understanding aspects of my illness and works collaboratively with my team at St. Luke's. My team there has been quite impressed with his insight and have told me so several times. I am confident in his decisions regarding my treatment plan.
