After working for over 35 years in healthcare and now being a healthcare patient, I know that there isa no better medical oncologist that Dr Xiao. He is brilliant, compassionate, and leads my health care team well. Not an overstatement to say he saved my life!!!!!!

I tell everyone, you have to be proactive at keeping your health care team informed of what your own different depts are doing now. The system is fractured and thier internal communicatons and are letting the teams down with their intra based data systems...So help your doctor know, what your last specialist said and did right away.. Doing that will get you the results we all look for. Aurora is a good healthcare provider with good people and intra based data systems that need improvement Back yourself and your team up. By using the old fashioned way of calling and checking.
