It would be nice if people could stop wearing mask. Sometimes hard to understand what is being said. Also maybe a better job on text reminders. It would be nice to know which doctor and the location of the doctor. Which building and/ or which floor of the building.

I waited for 30 minutes to see the doctor. He did not apologize for the delay or say anything about it. I could deal with that even though I didn't appreciate it. However, I had questions & felt like he was in a hurry to get out of the room. I'm not sure if he didn't respond to my questions because he didn't understand or if for some other reason. He didn't really listen to what I was asking so didn't answer my questions. I tried at least 3 times in different ways. I feel like he wanted to keep me somewhat in the dark because he didn't want me to overreact. Aside from all this, I'm not confident this doctor will even stay here long enough to help. It seems like there is a high turnover of doctors in this field or this location. He DID seem interested in figuring out what is going on with my case. That is encouraging.
