Very professional and helpful

Just now the nurse called to follow up. After visit summary does not appear on LiveWell so I have no idea about follow up care on the toe nail removal. Under after visit summary it says- This after visit summary was generated by one of your providers outside of a regular office visit. The nurse read them to me because she can see the instructions but I cannot. I am very familiar with Epic, the information I need is not showing up, I'm not happy, and now I'm going to Google it for help, ridiculous

I have found it difficult to relate to a Dr. lately.

I always have fantastic experiences when I come in for my appointments! Staff is extremely friendly, empathetic and helpful.

Dr. Raigaga (spelling) is exceptionally kind and professional as is his staff. He is a one in a million doctor. You should be thankful you have him, I am.

The Doctor and the care is awesome. The only constructive comment is that I waited over an hour to be seen. I was close to the first appointments of the day. 0800 a.m. appointment, I left at 9:15. Not sure if booking too many patients at once/double booking or just slow. He never rushes when interacting which is awesome. However, waiting that long (happened more than once) for total time of 10 minutes spent with the doctor and cortisone shot a bit too much. Because he's so nice I rolled with it, but was starting to get pretty frustrated.
