After waiting for 38mins, after my son's appointment, we were not seen. Unfortunately, due to the time, we left without being seen. If at possible, it would be nice to know when checking in if the doctor is running behind schedule and to know the approximate wait time so that patient can make an informed choice to either wait or reschedule. This was the first time this happened. It was an unfortunate ordeal overall.
