Doctor and staff are outstanding in every way. Im fortunate to have them .
He went from one location to one that was 40 miles farther and I followed him there. He listens, asks pertinent questions, knows my history at another clinic and even has a print out of my lab work that he goes through with me. High praise!!
Dr. Akashdeep knows all of my medical problems and helps me always to manage them properly. He spends the time with me to help me understand everything. What else could I ask for in a doctor....

My provider Dr Akashdeep is great as have been the other providers I have seen at Aurora & Aurora Baycare! My concern today is solely your appointment system and calling procedure. Frankly, IT SUCKS. People do not have time, nor should they have to go thru the procedure that is in place to set up or change an appointment. Before you get to a live person who can actually help with an appointment, you have explained your situation at least 3 times. PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, GET THIS ISSUE FIXED!!!!!! By the way, directing everyone to LIVEWELL is not the solution. At least not for everyone. There should always be a clear route to a phone system at medical facilities

I pre sent a long list of symptoms, surgeries, and helpful information so that my visit could be productive; it was not. I was told there is nothing anyone in Green Bay can do to help me figure out why ive been in pain with many other symptoms for 30+ years. I was not given a specific Provider to contact, just told to figure it out and likely need to be seen at Froedert or UW. When did doctors stop caring if their patients ever get answers, or relief? Every Provider i have seen at Aurora has told me they can't help me. Do specialists not Consult with other MORE specialized colleagues, or at the very least AI?? Seems like everyone just wants to not take any responsibility for complex patients, and they dont have the curiosity or concern to follow through on care if you aren't a simple patient. Im on the brink of losing my job because of the pain and other symptoms im experiencing, yet no one seems to think thats an issue. I'm truly disappointed, frustrated, and unhopeful I will ever get a doctor that actually cares.
Dr is excellent and explains test results and next steps in a manner that is easy to understand.
Very kind and explained things very well. I come from Milwaukee and had to find a new primary. I'm very lucky to have found this one!
Because my current doctor couldn't fit me in her schedule, I saw a different doctor within their group. He made me feel comfortable and I was so happy to get treatment for my problem.
