It was my first visit and records from HSHS were not available due to their computer system outage so a lot of history to share. Everything was explained including rationale. My concerns were addressed.
I had a great visit - all my questions answered, some suggestions about getting my very expensive but not-covered-by-insurance medication

It was a very relaxing and informative visit.
The doctor and visit were great but the phone system is. Very frustrating. My call was answered quickly but then the person who answered wasn't sure what to do. I was transferred twice and after 15 minutes I just hung up. It was just a simple appointment. I ended up requesting an appointment through Livewell
Dr. Akashdeep is understanding and seems to care about his patients. I have recommended him to other people and get positive responses when they see him
Didn't really seem to be there. Was yawning and really seemed to be in a hurry to leave. Wasn't talked to about any other possible reasons that I'm feeling this way aside from telling me to count my calories.
