I think it would be a great idea for you To ditch the phone bank and return to The previous way of doing business with Your patients. Your phone bank workers Are a disaster. One of them couldn't find A phone number for the hematologist I had and asked me to spell hematology. This only one example of having to deal with your phone bank workers
