Krystle was patient with me, answered my questions, and included me in deciding what my treatment plan would be. She showed kindness and compassion and LISTENED to my concerns. I hope Aurora knows what a gem they have in her because she's the first medical person at Aurora I've dealt with within the last 8 years where I felt heard and unashamed to discuss my problems.

She is up to date on my complex medical issues. She was very informative and helped alleviate my concerns about a number of pending health care matters. She was also very encouraging and supportive.
