I love Dr Bruno and her team members!
I found Dr Bruno to be knowledgeable, her approach to the visit felt combative and demeaning. Several of the topics related to aspects of my care that some prior physicians hadn't properly explained to me, yet she seemed to blame me for not following through with associated care. Some of her remarks conflicted with information that I had from other reliable sources (other physicians, pharmacists, and medical literature - not YouTubes), but we weren't able to discuss these differences in information. In addition, she didn't want to take into account information that I provided from my experience with my own long-term conditions. While I'm sure that Dr Bruno is a very qualified doctor, I found her to be difficult to work with in a consultative fashion.
I like Dr Bruno's bedside manner. Ever the professional, kind and explains things. The best part is she is always able to inject humor. More doctors should be like her.

VERY Comforting to have a long term (18 yr) relationship with a provider who KNOWS me and collaborates in maximizing my health goals. This is very important to me as I move through my senior years.
The care provider and her staff were excellent. The admitting staff were pleasant. The area that needs much improvement is the scheduling area at the Good Hope clinic. Two people in area with only one person appearing to work. The scheduling of follow - up appointments with provider should be handled by admitting
I had a very good examination
I would feel lost without her. She explains things so I understand and takes actions when I need them.
Excellent diagnostic help over the years I have been with Dr. Bruno. Outstanding doctor. The nurse yesterday was extremely kind to my grandson who I had to bring to the appointment.
