I give Ms Braun high marks for professionalism, caring and kindness, and thoroughness and competence. Hard to improve on that! I am on a personal crusade, though. The other team members I saw all called me honey, dear, or sweetie. This is demeaning, patronizing and unprofessional. If people can't be bothered to know my name, at least don't add insult to injury by treating me like a child. Believe me, patients don't like this and the medical community needs to get on board.
