I was very impressed with my first time visit with Kristin Humpal PA-C. She very professional, listened to what my consern was and answered all my questions in away that I could understand them. Showed a lot of empathy thru out my appointment. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was not seen in a timely manner but it was explained to me that they were in a training session that ran long. Not really a problem for me

Mot at all happy with the wait time for appointment, Waited at least 20 minutes to be told it might be another half hour.

As far as excellence in health care, Kristin should teach it to all medical providers! She is by far the best at active listening and communication! She spent as much time as I needed to get a thorough and comprehensive understanding of my complicated medical condition. She listened and kept focus on positive outcomes. She is excellent

She listened about everything you said. So much better than an A - I experience. She was like a good friend that cared about your future health. I would recommend her to anyone if needed good health care.
