The doctor listen to my concerns

The experience with Dr. Kress was great. My only dissatisfaction was with wasted time spent with the PSR and the MA. They spent most of their time with me reviewing all the information that I verified on the Live Well app prior to the appointment. I question why you ask us (patients) to do the pre-appointment work in the app when I have to show up early to an appointment to answer the same questions about my insurance, address, phone number, medical history, etc. with the PSR and the MA.

She is a great doctor and treats her patients the way their suppose to be treated she listens to you and comes up with a plan to help you she doesn't look at you and say there is nothing that can be done because your to heavy and I don't have time to put into your treatment like one of your other physicians. Your hospital would be in trouble if she wasn't part of it

They all acted very professional and handled thier provisions very well and they were very experienced about what they were doing.

I'm really glad that she was available when I needed her.... We as patients really depend on the provider to be acknowledgeable and when we find that Our prior Could have been done differently and more effectively that's how we learn how to rate our providers. I feel that I fractured my left foot (which IS healed) only to have found the care I really needed to reduce my pain level in my right foot.... I am really looking forward to surgery if that tells you something. Thank you!
